CEO and Consultant
In addition to his work with UGM Ben is the Executive Pastor of Grace Community Church in Berea, KY and is a competent teacher and communicator. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Victoria and their three daughters. You will often find Ben reading a thick theological book.
Rachel Crabtree
Graphic Artist & Designer and SEO Specialist
Rachel moved to Kentucky from Florida during her college years and since then has grown to love the community she’s found in the Bluegrass State.
When she’s not running SEO numbers or designing outstanding graphics, she’s hanging out with her huge family (they can give Cheaper by the Dozen a run for their money!) or making kombucha. She loves to play any instrument she can get her hands on. In her free time she enjoys painting, spending time outdoors, and occasionally juggling.
Brooke Strouse
Social Media and Communications Intern
Brooke, a Kentucky native and EKU graduate, is interning with UGM to understand the world of marketing. In addition to interning, Brooke loves to meet others’ needs and learn new things. She’s never met a stranger, does not have a consistent accent (especially around family), and often stretches herself too thin because of being an extrovert. When not having in-depth conversations with her besties about anything and everything, Brooke can normally be found watching Spiderman movies with her husband or trying her best at cooking Fettuccine Alfredo.
Jessie Mendoza
Content Writer and Communications Specialist
Jessie grew up in South Florida but jumped at the chance to move to Kentucky and it’s simple country living. She keeps pretty busy working various odd jobs, homeschooling her children, and spending time with her family. If she has any free time, she would choose to spend it outside hiking, gardening, or just reading a book.
